As a DSP caregiver, you will provide direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. You will be responsible for providing hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance, and ensuring the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
