Job Description
ResCare Community Living provides quality services that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in their community. As a Direct Support Professional, you will assist individuals with their personal hygiene, support individuals with behavioral challenges, and help them reach their full potential.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
