Job Description
ResCare Community Living provides quality services that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently. The Direct Support Professional will assist individuals with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and other complex needs, and develop real, meaningful relationships with the participants.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
