Job Description
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll help people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) complete everyday living tasks and achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Entry-level experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided
  • Basic housekeeping, basic nutrition, and safety protocols knowledge is required
  • Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability are a must
  • Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy to learn
  • Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and current auto insurance
