Role OverviewMerakey is seeking mission-driven, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our team in Honeybrook, PA in our IDD Division. As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work alongside a passionate team to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build independence, develop social and communication skills, and navigate daily living activities.
What You Will Do
Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs), assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation, support life skills development, and promote health, safety, and well-being.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred
