Role OverviewAs a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities and other support needs. You'll be a trusted partner in helping people achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
What You Will Do
Provide personal care and daily living support, administer medications, assist with mobility and accessibility, implement behavioral and emotional support strategies, and plan and participate in recreational and social activities.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency diploma
- Fluent in English for client communication
- Valid New York State Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Comfort operating a large vehicle
- Experience supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs (preferred)
