Role OverviewAs a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities and other support needs. You'll be a trusted partner in helping people achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily living, provide health and wellness support, assist with mobility and accessibility, and implement strategies to support behaviors in a respectful manner.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency diploma
- Fluent in English for client communication
- Valid New York State Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Comfort operating a large vehicle
