Role OverviewSAILS Washington is dedicated to providing quality community-based support services for people of all ages and needs. The Direct Support Professional will provide support to program participants, creating a nurturing, safe, and healthful living environment.
What You Will Do
The Direct Support Professional will provide support to program participants, including personal hygiene, food preparation, house cleaning, shopping, and monitoring of health needs. They will also assist participants with accessing the community and promoting their ability to make decisions and exercise their rights.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Minimum Experience: Personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors strongly preferred
- Must have a valid in-state driver's license and be able to provide current car insurance
