Role OverviewJoin our team at Merakey as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and work with individuals with developmental disabilities. No experience required, as we provide paid training. Spend your day in various settings making memories with our individuals, teaching them daily living activities, and fostering independence.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily and personal activities, such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry. Follow the Individual Support Plan to enjoy days at the park and sensory gardens, while working on social and communication skills.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
- A valid driver's license is required
- 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Dual Diagnosis experience is preferred
- NADD DSP Certification training within first year of employment
