Role OverviewWe are seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in our Philadelphia location. As a Direct Support Professional, you will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on your consumer's lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals.
What You Will Do
Your day will be spent in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. You will assist with daily hygiene and personal care, enhance independence, and teach daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years old
- Verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred
- Experience in a home health aide setting or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred
