Role OverviewAs a Direct Support Professional, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing supervision and support, assisting with daily activities, and supplying accurate documentation of care and services. You will have the opportunity to serve as a friend and mentor to our individuals, while planning and carrying out fun and fruitful social and occupational activities.

Your day will be what you make it! You will work with our Individuals with developmental disabilities providing supervision and support, assisting with daily activities for living, providing safe transportation, and supplying accurate documentation of care and services provided.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Acceptable Criminal Background verification
- Willingness to provide fun yet responsible supervision and assistance to adults with Developmental Disabilities
- Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills
- Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
- Maintains current and annual training requirements
