Role OverviewMerakey is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings. The DSP will assist with direct care and implement behavior plans. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, certification as a Registered Behavior Technician or licensed psychiatric technician, and 6 months of experience working with IDD/MH population.
What You Will Do
The DSP will interact and support individuals with development disabilities, assist with direct care, and implement behavior plans. They will also provide training and support in areas of personal care, communication, and social skill development.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
