What You Will Do
Provide direct support and supervision to individuals, assist with personal care tasks, implement care plans, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
- CPR/First Aid
- Mandt (or other crisis intervention training)
- Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
