Role OverviewWe are seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their consumer's lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals.
What You Will Do
Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. You will assist with daily hygiene and personal care, teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D preferred.
- Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
