Role OverviewAs a Direct Support Professional, you will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with their personal hygiene, support individuals with behavioral challenges, and help them achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. You will work in a team environment and create meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, supporting individuals with complex needs, taking initiative to help participants be part of the community, and supporting them in achieving their developmental goals.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management skills
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors
