What You Will Do
Assist individuals with daily living tasks, prepare meals, accompany individuals to medical appointments, dispense medication, transport individuals, and document daily progress. The role also involves supporting individuals in achieving their goals and outcomes, and promoting independence through community engagement.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Certification-Registered Behavior Technician or licensed psychiatric technician
- 6 months experience working with IDD/MH population or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read, speak, write and comprehend the English language
- Must have desire to help others reach their fullest potential
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed
