Role OverviewWe are seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team in our Blue Bell, PA location. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their consumer's lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals.
What You Will Do
Spend your day in a variety of settings making memories with our individuals. Assist with daily hygiene and personal care, and teach them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.
Why It Might Be a Fit
No experience required - we provide PAID training. Earn up to $18.75 with the selection of Enhanced Pay.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- High School diploma/G.E.D. is preferred
- Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred
