Direct Support Professional

Join Marrakech as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a DSP, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities may include assisting with daily living skills, supporting medical needs, following individualized support and behavior plans, encouraging community involvement, and completing routine overnight safety checks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Connecticut Driver's License
• Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR, and First Aid
