Role OverviewAs a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you get to enhance quality of life for people with developmental disabilities by assisting, instructing, and supporting individuals living in our residences to be as independent as possible.
What You Will Do
Perform various tasks to promote a well-rounded environment by doing light housekeeping, helping individuals plan nutritious meals, and administering medications as needed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Advocate for individuals in our residences to communicate their wants/needs, and integrate them into the community for recreation.
Requirements
