Role OverviewAlay Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence and improving their quality of life.
What You Will Do
Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs), support clients in community integration and social activities, administer medication, maintain accurate documentation, implement individualized care plans, and ensure a safe and supportive environment.
