Role OverviewWe're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Every day is different because every person we support is unique!
What You Will Do
Supporting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and household routines. Encouraging independence, personal choice, and individual goals. Assisting with meals, hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility as needed.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must meet applicable background screening requirements and obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Compassion, patience, reliability, and respect for others.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow established support plans and procedures.
- Willingness to complete and maintain required training and certifications.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and acceptable driving record when transportation is an assigned responsibility.
- Ability to perform essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
