Job Description
We're looking for a Direct Support Professional (RBT) to work with children with autism in a center-based ABA therapy setting. The role involves providing one-on-one therapy, collaborating with a team, and helping children progress in educational and social settings.

Requirements

  • Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
  • Sustaining impact to body
  • Running, crouching, squatting, and kneeling for sustained periods
  • Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes
  • Full range of motion of hands and arms
  • Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods
  • Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support
  • Communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred)
