Role OverviewWe are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team at our program in Deptford, NJ. Our ideal DSP candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their individuals' lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily and personal activities, teach individuals to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry.
Why It Might Be a Fit
No experience required - we provide PAID training. Earn up to $17.61/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
- A valid drivers license is required
- 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities
- Dual Diagnosis experience is preferred
- NADD DSP Certification training within first year of employment
