Role OverviewThe Direct Support Professional Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation, compliance, and performance of assigned residential programs. This role provides leadership to staff, ensures high-quality person-centered services, and maintains regulatory and organizational standards while promoting the health, safety, and independence of individuals served.
What You Will Do
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential programs, supervise and evaluate staff, develop and maintain staff schedules, ensure completion and accuracy of program documentation, and promote person-centered practices.

Requirements
- Associate degree
- 3 years of experience in OPWDD or a similar human services setting
