Role OverviewWe are looking for a caring and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Day Program team, where you will support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and help them build independence, engage in the community, and enjoy meaningful daily activities.
What You Will Do
Help adults with disabilities with daily needs, teach and support skills, lead and join group and one-on-one activities, support participants during community outings, and accurately document daily activities.

Requirements
- Comfortable working with adults with disabilities
- Willingness to learn new skills, follow guidance, and take part in ongoing training
- Ability to assist with personal care and physical support as needed
- Must have a valid Real ID
- Must have a Valid driver's license
