Job Description

As a Direct Support Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives by developing and implementing unique treatments. Assist in accessing medical and health-related services, assess individuals, and provide monitoring and support services.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree if required by state
Three years of related work experience
Valid driver's license in good standing and car registration/auto insurance
Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach
