Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Support Program Supervisor to join our team at REM Community Services. As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans and supervising a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year related work experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
