Role OverviewThe System Director of Clinical Practice Optimization and Efficiency will provide strategic and clinical leadership to advance enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance the quality, safety, and efficiency of oncology care delivery.

Key responsibilities include oversight of clinical protocols, oncology nurse navigation, clinical care pathways, quality improvement initiatives, and alignment of clinical operations with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master’s degree in Nursing Required or
- Graduate of an accredited accredited Physician Assistants program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board. Required
- Clinical doctoral degree (e.g. Doctor of Nursing Practice) Preferred
- 10 years of progressively responsible oncology experience to include five (5) years of leadership experience managing clinical operations for oncology service lines. Required
- Experience practicing as an advanced practice provider in oncology Preferred
- Licensed for Advanced Practice Nursing (ACNP/FNP) Upon Hire Required or
- PA - Physician Assistant Licensed Physician Assistant in the State of Georgia Upon Hire Required
- Updated NCCPA certification for PAs Upon Hire Required
