Role OverviewThe Director, Delta Brand Marketing will lead the marketing communications strategy, develop the annual brand marketing communications plan, and oversee the creation of national advertising content, digital and social media campaigns, PR activities, messaging development, and media strategy to support brand and product objectives.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include brand identity and creative development, integrated marketing campaign development, annual brand marketing communications planning, advertising, content, and media, marketing campaign optimization, market research and insights, cross-functional partnership, budget management, consumer engagement and loyalty, performance measurement, and executive communication.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in consumer brand marketing or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
