What You Will Do
Develop, steward, and continuously refine the Delta brand’s creative identity, including visual assets, messaging, and brand voice guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Lead the marketing communications strategy, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, for national product launches, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful, on-brand go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements
- 10+ years in consumer brand marketing or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in brand management tools and software
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, manage agency partners and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to use data to drive decisions, measure marketing effectiveness, and adapt strategies
