Requirements

  • 12 years of progressively responsible business experience
  • 4+ years’ experience managing others
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong proofreading, writing, and editing skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Expertise in analyzing data, developing insights and excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with employee communication/collaboration platforms
  • Proven track record of execution through program/project management
  • Results oriented and ability to track metrics of success
  • Advanced relationship-management experience and consulting skills
  • Skilled facilitator
