Requirements
12 years of progressively responsible business experience
4+ years’ experience managing others
Strong communication skills
Strong proofreading, writing, and editing skills
Strong collaboration skills
Expertise in analyzing data, developing insights and excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills
Experience with employee communication/collaboration platforms
Proven track record of execution through program/project management
Results oriented and ability to track metrics of success
Advanced relationship-management experience and consulting skills
