Job Description
The Director of Human Resources will lead the HR transformation agenda, design and implement forward-looking talent strategies, and drive a high-performance culture in the U.S. Transportation business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role managing HR teams
  • Significant experience in labor relations, employment law, and handling complex employee relations matters
  • Demonstrated success working in multi-state and multi-site environments
  • Proven track record of leading HR transformation, implementing HR technology solutions, and driving process improvement
