Job Description
We're seeking a Director - Human Resources to join our People & Organization team at Novo Nordisk. As a strategic business partner, you will focus on business challenges and develop HR solutions aligned with business strategies. You will be responsible for delivering human capital insights to business leaders, developing a client-focused People and Workforce Strategy, and driving organizational development and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Acts as a strategic business partner to multiple key functional areas or executive team level units within the company
  • Provides strategic business partnership to the client groups focusing on business challenges and serve as a valued advisor
  • Develops and executes human capital strategies in leveraging external and internal workforce insights/market & industry HR trends that support organizational goals
  • Establishes and tracks HR metrics that impact organizational efficiencies and performance
  • Develops and implements innovative talent solutions that link to business strategies
  • Creates an inclusive learning environment to accelerate employee and people leader's development
  • Assesses and builds diverse leadership bench strength and accelerate talent pipeline development and readiness
  • Influences leadership in identifying solutions for retention of key talents
  • Provides leadership coaching to ensure the ability to drive performance, create and implement strategy and build long-term process and system improvements
