Job Description
Beacon is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing teams in Minnesota and Wisconsin, providing high-quality care for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Severe Mental Illness, Autism, and high-acuity behaviors.
Requirements
Active RN license required
3+ years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience (preferably in behavioral health)
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Experience with healthcare compliance, quality metrics, and team development
Valid driver's license required with clean driving record
