PKF O'Connor Davies is a top-ranked accounting, tax, and advisory firm seeking an experienced Tax Director to join their growing Private Client Services practice.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage complex individual, fiduciary, and closely held business tax engagements.
  • Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, estate and gift planning, and multi-generational tax issues.
  • Oversee and review the work of managers and staff, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality client service.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying planning opportunities and risk areas.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to develop and grow client relationships and expand service offerings.
  • Participate in recruiting, mentoring, and professional development initiatives within the tax team.
