Job Description
The Corporate Strategy & Planning team serves as TIAA’s internal strategy function, comprising three core capabilities: strategic consulting, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning. The Strategic Consulting role provides advice and thought leadership to senior TIAA executives, including the CEO and Executive Committee.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • MBA Preferred
  • 7+ Years Required; 9+ Years Preferred
  • Prior experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related analytical roles strongly preferred
  • Must have independently managed end-to-end strategy consulting engagements for at least 2 years, ideally as an Engagement Manager, from problem structuring to work planning to final delivery
  • Experience developing and presenting materials to C-suite and/or Board-level audiences
  • Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
