AltoVita is a female-founded scale-up looking for a Director / VP Enterprise Accounts & Partnerships to join their fully-remote team. The role involves delivering executive-level strategic account management, leading consultative engagements, and driving client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in corporate housing, global mobility, or relocation, with significant experience managing direct corporate accounts and enterprise-level clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in corporate housing, global mobility or relocation
  • Significant and proven experience managing direct corporate accounts and enterprise-level clients
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing Master Lease Agreements or similar long term accommodation contracts
  • Proven track record in the corporate accommodation industry
  • Fast learner, problem solver
  • Frequent travel is required for this position
