Role OverviewThe Director of Academic Progress and Retention provides strategic leadership for the College's student success, retention, progression, and licensure readiness initiatives across all academic programs. This position develops and implements evidence-informed strategies that promote student achievement and academic excellence.
What You Will Do
Provide strategic leadership for student success, retention, progression, remediation, and licensure readiness initiatives across the College. Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-informed strategies that improve student achievement, persistence, degree completion, and licensure outcomes.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in student success, academic affairs, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing evidence-informed strategies that improve student achievement and academic excellence
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to analyze institutional data and make strategic decisions
- Experience with accreditation and regulatory requirements
