Director, Account Executive (Generalist Seller - Account Executive)

The Director, Neobank Partnerships is responsible for supporting the overall strategic partnership with a key consumer neobank partner. The role requires a seasoned sales and business development professional who can skillfully navigate across the partner organization and Visa to strategically uncover and bring opportunities to close.

What You Will Do

Deliver an exceptional Visa experience by understanding partner needs, working across the Visa solutions stack, and acting as an internal advocate for the client. Create and execute detailed account plans to grow partner’s business and Visa revenue.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
• Partnership, business development or sales experience in fintech / payments industry
• Accountable, results-oriented, flexible, works with purpose and a sense of urgency, and passionate about clients and Visa
• Excellent client relationship management skills with demonstrated track record of managing enterprise partnerships through all stages of strategic selling
• Executive presence and communication skills, both written and oral, including executive level communications, and track record of influencing others
• Teamwork, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and ability to influence and lead by example
• Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way
• Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new ways to innovate
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
