Job Description
The Director, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing will define, own, and scale the company's affiliate and influencer acquisition strategies as core, enterprise-level growth channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer marketing roles
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervising a team
  • Proven success owning and scaling affiliate and influencer programs as primary acquisition channels
  • Advanced expertise in partner negotiations, contract management, and strategic relationship development
  • Strong analytical capability, including experience with attribution models, lead quality analysis, fraud monitoring, and performance forecasting
