Director, Agency Partnerships – IQVIA Digital

The Director, Agency Partnerships will lead strategic engagement with key agency partners across the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding adoption of IQVIA Digital solutions, and strengthening long-term partnerships with media, creative, and specialty healthcare agencies.

Responsibilities include leading a team of agency partnership sellers, building and managing strategic relationships with holding companies, independent agencies, and healthcare-focused partners, and driving revenue growth through pipeline creation, forecasting, and quota attainment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 10+ years of experience in digital media, agency partnerships, or platform sales; healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industry marketing (preferred)
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, leading quota-carrying sales or partnership teams
• Proven track record of driving revenue through agency or partner ecosystems
• Experience with paid media (programmatic, search, social) and data-driven targeting and measurement solutions
• Experience working within or alongside healthcare agencies
• Familiarity with privacy regulations and healthcare data compliance
• Background in audience-first marketing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and scale high-performing sales teams
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of agency landscape and operating models
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on deal support
• Ability to travel 25%

• Potential base pay range: $111,200.00 - $309,800.00
