Job Description
Responsible for leading the enterprise Agent Enablement arm, providing strategic direction, governance, and oversight across all agent related functions.

Requirements

  • Provide enterprise leadership and oversight for the Agent Enablement function
  • Establish operating standards and lead change initiatives
  • Partner with Segment Sales leadership to align agent enablement strategies to sales priorities
  • Lead, coach, and develop Directors and Managers within the Agent Enablement arm
  • Serve as a strategic consultant to internal business partners
