Job Description
UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Director to provide regional strategic and operational leadership for its network of ambulatory surgery and endoscopy facilities.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in business administration, health care administration, public health, nursing, or a related discipline.
  • 7 years progressively responsible related experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site ASC operations, with accountability for financial, quality, and operational outcomes.
  • Strong working knowledge of ambulatory surgery regulations, accreditation standards, and survey readiness processes.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and partnerships, including physician alignment and governance structures.
