Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Director Ambulatory Surgical Centers to provide regional strategic and operational leadership for the network of ambulatory surgery and endoscopy facilities, with a strong emphasis on physician partnership and growth.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in business administration, health care administration, public health, nursing, or a related discipline
  • 7 years progressively responsible related experience
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site ASC operations, with accountability for financial, quality, and operational outcomes
  • Strong working knowledge of ambulatory surgery regulations, accreditation standards, and survey readiness processes
