The role involves data analysis, storytelling, and guiding clients in media effectiveness measurement, while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. It requires a blend of analytical skills, data visualization abilities, and leadership qualities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the media/marketing analytics space.
  • Experience with media measurement approaches including marketing mix modelling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), test & learn, and brand lift studies
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as R, Python, dbt, or SQL
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques including multivariate regression, optimization, clustering, and forecasting
  • Experience creating data visualizations to support storytelling
