Job Description
The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Technology and Innovation Division, seeks a T&I Director of the Payment and Project Management Suite to lead internal staff and consultant teams in developing, enhancing, and supporting mission critical applications; including PDMS, Benchmark, Change Request, Daily Diary, Task Order, Bidscope+, FEP and related tools. The successful candidate will deliver the division’s strategic initiatives by steering Payment and Project Management product roadmaps, overseeing full life-cycle management from requirements through release and support, and driving rapid improvements that align with agency priorities.
Requirements
Master's degree in computer science from an accredited college or university
Three (3) years of progressively more responsible, full-time, satisfactory experience in Information Technology (IT)
At least eighteen (18) months of experience in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity in the areas of applications development, systems development, data communications and networking, database administration, data processing or in the supervision of staff performing these duties
