Job Description
The NYC Department of Design and Construction is seeking a Director of the Payment and Project Management Suite to lead internal staff and consultant teams in developing, enhancing, and supporting mission-critical applications. This role involves steering payment and project management product roadmaps, overseeing full life-cycle management, and driving improvements to align with agency priorities. The ideal candidate will deliver strategic initiatives through project roadmaps, supervise vendor performance, and actively participate in high-level meetings.
Requirements
1. Master's degree in computer science.
3 years of progressively more responsible, full-time, satisfactory experience in Information Technology (IT) including applications development, systems development, data communications and networking.
18 months of administrative, managerial, executive, or supervisory experience in applications development, systems development, data communications and networking.
