Job Description
Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Director of Artificial Intelligence to lead the development and execution of AI strategies across the enterprise. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and data science, as well as experience in regulated industries such as finance. The role will involve building and leading a high-performing AI team, executing AI use cases, and driving innovation across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in broad-based platform technology, data science/Machine Learning, and enterprise transformation programs
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Experience with cloud platforms, data engineering, and MLOps
  • Experience in regulated industries such as finance preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology/Information Management, or closely related technical field
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
  • Professional development in areas such as AI/ML platforms, cloud computing, enterprise platforms strongly preferred
