Job Description
The Director, Hyperscale Leasing & Development serves as the business lead for assigned hyperscale development projects, with responsibility for lease negotiation, deal structuring, and development oversight.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across one or more of the following areas: Data center development, Commercial real estate development, Asset management, Industrial or infrastructure development
  • Experience overseeing large-scale, complex development projects
  • Experience with lease negotiations and deal structuring preferred
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex transactions
  • Ability to operate effectively across leasing, development, and investment functions
