Role OverviewWe're looking for a culturally tapped-in brand marketer to lead how Nanit shows up across channels and moments that matter. This role is equal parts strategic and instinctive: someone who knows how to build a campaign platform and also knows when to move fast on an opportunity before it passes.
What You Will Do
Develop insights-driven marketing briefs, build integrated campaigns, bring a content-forward sensibility to campaign development, identify and activate on real-time cultural moments, and partner with the social team to surface audience insights.

Requirements

- Experience at a fast-paced growth stage company is preferred
- Keen awareness of cultural trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging platforms
- A track record of building campaigns that overdeliver relative to budget or resources
- Experience activating on real-time opportunities quickly and confidently
- Strong channel fluency, especially in paid social and digital, with the ability to partner with growth on channel planning
- Fluency in production and experience working with internal and external teams to get content made
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where not everything is defined upfront
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative, growth, and external agency and brand partners
- Experienced people manager with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams
